Frequently asked questions about the rooms
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes. The room rate includes breakfast as well as coffee, tea and orange juice.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
The family room is air-conditioned, as are most double rooms and some triple rooms. If this matters to you, please tell us when you book.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. Reception is staffed around the clock.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, with the flexible rate: you can cancel free of charge up to the day before arrival. The cheaper fixed rate is non-refundable.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own outdoor parking spaces. They cost €10 per night. Electric vehicles can be charged for a further €15 per night, and bicycles can be left in our garage free of charge.
