What you will do
For night owls and those who would like to become one.
- First point of contact for our guests during the night
- Check-in and check-out for late arrivals and early departures
- End-of-day closing and accounts
- Taking hotel bookings
- Informing guests about the hotel and what we offer
- Keeping records in our computer system (we are happy to teach you)
- Handing over all important information and incidents to the early shift
- Helping to set up the breakfast buffet
